For the Beach goer, Naples boasts some of the most beautiful
coastline beaches and bays in the country. Known for their barely
touched, pristine condition, Southwest Florida prides itself on
its ability to maintain the beaches as close to their natural
state as possible. You won’t find huge crowds or television
crews on any of these beaches- just quiet, relaxation, perfect for
getting away from the hassles of everyday life.
Naples beach stretches for 7 miles along the coast and marries the
Gulf of Mexico to the Southwest Florida coastline. You don’t
have to wear shoes on this beach- the sand is as fine as sugar and
the water is most often calm and submlime. The Gulf of Mexico is
much more tropical than most beaches so if you’re searching for
a more caribbean feel to your Florida vacation, Naples Beach is
the place for you.
Be sure to visit the world-famous Naples Pier, a 1000 foot pier
that reaches well out into the water. Here you’ll meet the
kindest fishermen and the friendliest Pelicans. Watch carefully
and you’ll often see a school of dolphin, and stick around long
enough and you’ll be sure to see one of Naples’ most beautiful
sunsets. |
